We could use the help of a kind, thoughtful lead in our Second Shift Picking and Boxing Department , 2pm-10pm, at our Wauwatosa location -- 12001 W. Capitol Drive, Wauwatosa, WI 53222.

Day to Day Tasks of a Lead:
• Motivates and encourages employees in the jobs they are doing, and provides direction accordingly
• Supports cross-training in the department and warehouse
• Ensures orders are accurate and meeting our customer service expectations
• Rotates with other leads to Picking, Pick Check, and Shipping
• Helps to maintain accurate inventory in the department
• Reinforces GMP, dress code, safety and other standards in picking and boxing
• Working with the Post Office and UPS contacts, Working with the AX System
• Access to Basecamp and Email
• Other Duties/ Projects as Needed
• Some weekend availability required
