A successful candidate will be enthusiastic, kind, and have the ability to connect with people easily.
While prior experience in staffing and recruitment is preferred, it is not required.

As a member of our staffing department, tasks will include:
• Helping to develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the hiring process.
• Assisting with job postings, internally and externally.
• Reviewing applications and pre-screening candidates.
• Scheduling and conducting interviews.
• Working collaboratively with department leadership to fulfill staffing needs.
• Attending and participating in college job fairs and career fairs
• Performs other duties as assigned.
